MATERIJALI

 

NITRIL-GUMA (NBR)

Guma je materijal koji se koristi u zaptivanju češće nego bilo koji drugi materijal. Nitril (NBR) je Butadin - Akrilo Nitril (ACN) je polimer. Procenat akrilo nitrila u smesi varira između 30% i 50%. Varijacija u procentu ACN utiče na zapreminu, propustljivost gasa i elastičnost. Nitril je veoma otporan na          aliphatic hydrocarbons       (npr. propan, butan, petrolej, itd), mineralna ulja (podmazivači, H, HL, HLP tipovi hidrauličnih ulja), masti, HFA, HFB, HFC, tipa hidraulična ulja i dizel ulja. Za goriva i industrijska ulja se koriste različite smeše. Preporučeno je da se standardna nitro smeša koristi na temperaturama između -30°C i +105°C. U slučaju kratkotrajnog korišćenja može biti povećana na +120°C.


It is suggested for the biggest part of sealing applications and it has a very common use. Nitrile (NBR) is a Butadiene - Acrylo Nitrile (ACN) is a polymer. At Kastas A.S., the percentage of acrylo nitrile in the nitrile compound varies between 30% and 50%. The variation in the percentage of ACN changes the volume, gas permeability, elasticity and compression set of the compound used in mineral oils, grease and fuel. Nitrile is very durable against aliphatic hydrocarbons (i.e. propane, butane, petroleum etc.), mineral oils (lubricants, H, HL, HLP type of hydraulic oils), greases, HFA, HFB, HFC, type hydraulic fluids, vegetal-animal oils, light heating oil and diesel oil. For fuels and industrial fluids, different mixtures are prepared. Our standard nitrile compound is recommended to be used between -30°C and +105°C. For short period of applications, it can be increased to +120°C.

HNBR

HNBR je vrsta elastomera koji se pravi tako što se deo NBR polimera ili ceo polimer hidrogenizira sa dvostrukom vezom Butadina. HNBR vulkaniziran sa Peroksidom je otporan na visoke temperature i oksidaciju. S obzirom na veću otpornost na visoke temperature i mehaničke sile od standardne NBR smeše, HNBR se preporučuje za upotrebu pri temperaturama između -30 and +150°C.

It is a kind of elastomer which is made in such a way that a part or complete part of NBR polymer is hydrogenized with double linked Butadien. Vulcanized with Peroxide HNBR has durability against high temperature and oxidation. Having higher temperature resistance and mechanical values than standart NBR compound, HNBR is suggested for the temperature range -30 and +150°C.

SILIKON (MVQ)

Silikon zadržava elastičnost pri temperaturama između -60°C i 200°C. Ne preporučuje se u slučaju dinamičkih aplikacija. Ima dobru otpornost na ozon, atmosferu i podmazivače, dok sa druge strane ima manju otpornost na oksidacione podmazivače i neke          hipoits        kao i podmazivače E.P. tipa.
SILICONE (MVQ)
Silicon keeps its elasticity between -60°C and 200°C. It is not recommended for dynamic applications. It has a good resistance against ozone, atmosphere and lubricants where as it has a less durability against oxidizing lubricants and some hipoits as well as lubricants of E.P. type.

VITON (FKM-Flourel)
Ovaj materijal je otporan na sve tipove masnih podmazivača i rastvarača. Takođe, ima izraženu otpornost na mnoge hemikalije. Veoma dobro radi i u vakum sistemima i u sistemima koji zahtevaju malu propustljivost. Viton zadržava elastičnost pri temperaturama -30°C and +225°C.

This material under the trade mark Viton or Flourel has durability against all types of greases, lubricants and solvents. And it has a good resistance against many chemicals. It functions very properly in vacuum-systems and in case of applications requiring low gas permeability. Viton keeps its elasticity between -30°C and +225°C.

NEOPRENE (CR)
It has a great resistance to rupture, to tear and to wearing out between the temperatures -45°C and 100°C. It has endurance against flame. Its resistance against mineral oils with high aniline point, silicon oil, grease and alcohole is good. It is also used in applications where endurance for lubricant and atmospheric conditions are required.

Ima veliku otpornost na habanje i kidanje u rasponu temperatura izmedju -45°C i 100°C. Dobru izdržljivost na plamen. Otporan je na mineralna ulja sa visokom anilinskom tačkom,
silikonskim uljima i mastima, alkoholima, glikolima, rečnoj i morskoj vodi. Koristi se u aplikacijama gde je potrebna dobra otpornost na podmazivače i atmosferski uticaj.

POLYURETHANE (PU)
It has a perfect durability against rupture, tear and wearing out in the temperatures between -30°C and 100°C. And it has resistance to atmosphere and ozone. Its resistance to mineral oils, grease and aliphatic hydrocarbon is good. Especially, it is used as shaft stripper and high compressed sealing element.

Dugotrajan je i ima dobru otpornost na kidanje i habanje u rasponu temperatura izmedju -30°C i 100°C. Ima dobru postojanost na atmosferske uticaje i ozon. Otporan je na mineralna ulja, masti, vodu, morsku vodu, dozvoljena primena u prehrambenoj industriji. Primenljiv je u rudarstvu.

ETHYLENE-PROPYLENE DIENE RUBBER (EPDM)
The temperature range is -40°C and 145°C. It has resistance against break fluids, steam, phosphate and esther fluids.

ETILEN-PROPILEN DIEN KAUČUK (EPDM)

Opseg temperatura je između -40°C i 145°C. Otporan je na kočiona ulja, paru i fosfate.

STYRENE BUTADIEN RUBBER (SBR)
Between the temperatures -50°C and 100°C its resistance against glycol based brake fluids, inorganic and organic acids and alcohole is good.

STIREN BUTADIN KAUČUK (SBR)

Opseg temperatura je između -50°C i 100°C. Otporan je na kočiona ulja na bazi glikona, neorganske i organske kiseline i alkohole.

NATURAL RUBBER (NR)

It is used between the temperatures -60°C and 100°C and recommended in applications where high flexibility is required.

PRIRODNA GUMA (NR)

Koristi se pri temperaturama između -60°C i 100°C i preporučuje se kada se zahteva velika fleksibilnost.

POLYACETAL (POM)
Among the hydraulic-pneumatic systems it is the most common material used. It has excellent form stability at elevated temperatures up to 80°C. One of the most important features is its low water absorbtion. The temperature range is between -40°C and 140°C. For the quide ring, POM filled with glass is used due to its high contact pressure value.

POLIACETAL (POM)

Među hidrauličnim-pneumatskim sistemima se najčešće koristi ovaj materijal. Veoma je stabilan na temperaturama do 80°C. Jedna od najvažnijih osobina mu je mala apsorbcija vode. Opseg temperatura u kojima se koristi je između -40°C i 140°C. Za        quide ring,                            koristi se POM napunjen staklom  usled visoke otpornosti na pritisak na kontakt povrsinu.

THERMOPLASTIC POLYESTER ELASTOMER (TPE)

Polyester Elastomers are widely used as backup ring and header ring material with the sealing elements in hydraulic and pneumatic systems due to their chemical structure. It has excellent resistance to hydraulic oils and has high extrusion resistance compared to the other materials. It can be used in temperatures between -40°C to 120°C.

TERMOPLASTIČNI POLIESTER ELASTOMER (TPE) 

Poliester Elastomeri se široko upotrebljava kao            backup ring       i            header ring              materijal za pravljenje zaptivki u hidrauličnim i pneumatskim sistemima zbog svoje hemijske strukture. Ima odličnu otpornost na hidraulička ulja i visoku otpornost na ekstruziju u poređenju sa drugim materijalima. Koristi se pri temperaturama između -40°C i 120°C.

 

POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE-PTFE

This material is known as Teflon, the trademark of DUPONT Company. PTFE material does have the lowest coefficient of friction. Due to the low friction coefficient and high wear resistance, it is able to work on poorly lubricating conditions as well as high sliding speeds. PTFE can be used in temperatures between -200˚C to +260˚C. It has very good resistance to all chemicals except alkaline metals, high pressure-temperature chlorotriflour and basic floorings. Hardness and elasticity make the material to be used widely in hydraulic applications. Depending onto the application; glass, graphite, carbon, MoS2 and bronze filled PTFE can be used to increase mechanical and physical properties. The influence of the hydraulic media, the behavior in contact with the counter surface and the form stability depending on the operating temperature are the important properties when selecting the PTFE compound among the others.

POLITETRAFLOROETILEN-PTFE

Ovaj materijal je poznat kao Teflon,                               zaštitni znak kompanije DUPONT.

PTFE materijali imaju najmanji koeficijent frikcije. Usled toga, kao i visoke otpornosti na habanje, u stanju je da radi u uslovima slabe podmazanosti i pri velikim brzinama. PTFE se može koristiti pri temperaturama između -200˚C i +260˚C.Ima dobru otpornost na sve hemikalije, osim alkalne metale, hlorotriflor pri visokim temperaturama i                     basic floorings.

Čvrstina i elastičnost čine ovaj materijal široko upotrebljivanim u hidraulici. U zavisnosti od aplikacije, PTFE punjen grafitom, karbonom, MoS2 i bronzom se koristi radi poboljšavanja mehaničkih svojstava.

Briši ova tri reda:)    Uticaj           hydraulic media           ,the behavior in contact with the counter surface and the form stability depending on the operating temperature are the important properties when selecting the PTFE compound among the others.

 

POLYAMIDE-PA

This material is known as Nylon 6. It can be used in temperatures between -30°C to +120°C, for short period of applications this can be increased up to +140°C. Polyamide is able to work on poorly lubricating conditions and does have high wear resistance. It is commonly used as guiding elements in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Special additives can increase the mechanical and physical properties of the material depending on the application.

POLIAMID-PA


Ovaj materijal je poznat kao najlon 6. Koristi se pri temperaturama između 
-30°C i +120°C. U kratkim vremenskim intervalima može se koristiti i pri temperaturama do +140°C. U stanju je da radi u uslovima slabe podmazanosti. Ima veliku otpornost na habanje. Često se koristi za izradu        vođica         . U zavisnosti od aplikacije, fizička svojstva se mogu poboljšati dodavanjem specijalnih aditiva.

POLYOXYMETHYLENE - POLYACETAL (POM)


It has excellent form stability between temperatures -40°C to +100°C, for short period of applications this can be increase up to +140°C. It is commonly used as guide and backup rings in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. It is being safely used in mineral oils, HFA and HFB type of oils. For the guide ring, glass filled POM is used due to its high contact pressure value.

POLIOKSIMETILEN - POLIACETAL (POM)

Ovaj materijal ima odličnu stabilnost pri temperaturama od -40°C do +100°C.  U kratkim vremenskim intervalima može se koristiti i pri temperaturama do +140°C. Često se koristi kao                   guide and backup rings in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Bezbedno se može koristiti sa mineralnim uljima, kao i uljima HFA i HFB tipa. Za          guide ring          se koristi POM punjen staklom usled velike otpornosti na pritisak na površi.

 

 

USLOVI SKLADIŠTENJA

 

Za vreme skladištenja, gumeni i plastični delovi mogu biti izloženi hemijskim i fizičkim promenama. Ovo može biti uzrokovano kombinovanjem sledećih faktora:

During storage rubber and plastic parts may be exposed to chemical and physical changes. This could be caused by combined factors.

• Kiseonik
• Ozon
• Direct sun light
• High temperature
• Ultra-ljubičasto zračenje
• Vlaga
• Prašina i hemijski uticaji

Ukoliko se adekvatno čuva, proizvodi od gume i plastike mogu dugo da zadrže svoja hemijska i fizička svojstva.

Enviroment, moisture and temperature
Ideal temperature is between 5°C and 25°C and moisture rate should be about 60%. Less temperature rates do not result in technical changes, but before assembly, the temperature for seal is advised to be 20-25°C. In addition to those direct heat contacts are not recommended.

Sredina, vlaga i temperatura

Idealna temperatura je između 5°C i 25°C, pri vlažnosti od oko 60%. Niže temperature ne menjaju tehnička svojstva, ali pre montiranja, preporučena temperatura zaptivanja je između 20-25°C. Izlaganje površine direktno izvoru toplote nije preporučljivo.

 

Dirt
It may change the mechanical features of products. Therefore, the environment should be cleaned before assembly and during storage.

Prašina
Može da promeni mehanička svojstva proizvoda. Usled toga, sredina treba da bude čista pre sklapanja i za vreme skladištenja.

Light and ultra-violet rays
Recommended storage conditions are the rooms protected from fleurasant lambs, ultra-violet rays,
powerful light sources and direct sun lights. Red or orange colour lights are adviced.

Svetlost i ultra-ljubičasti zraci

Preporučeni uslovi skladištenja su sobe zaštićene od               fleurasant lambs,            ultra-ljubičastog zračenja,

izvora jake svetlosti i direktnom izlaganju sunčevim zracima. Preporučuju se crvena i narandžasta svetla.

Oxygen and ozone
They are oxidizing agents. What is suitable for seals is to store them by packing up with polyetilen (PE) materials. Ozone is especially a destroying agent and so there should not be electrical equipments with high voltages such as motors, etc.

Kiseonik i ozon

Utiču na oksidaciju. Za zaptivke se preporučuje da se čuvaju upakovani polietilenskim folijama. Naročito ozon utiče na uništavanje, pa je preporučljivo da u blizini ne budu korišćeni uređaji sa visokom voltažom, kao što su npr. električni motori.

Deformation
Deformation should be avoided during storage. Rubber parts and thermo-plastic seals should be kept away from coersive forces and squeezing because they cause a rapid change in mechanical features and endurance against agents in nature.

Deformacija

Treba izbegavati deformaciju prilikom skladištenja. Gumene i termo-plastične zaptivke treba čuvati od uvrtanja i delovanja sila na njih, pošto se time mogu izazvati trajne promene mehaničkih svojstava i izdržljivosti.

Contact with grease and hydraulic liquids

Any contact with solvents, oils and other liquids should be avoided.

Kontakt sa mastima i hidrauličnim uljima

Bilo kakav kontakt sa rastvaračima, uljima i drugim tečnostima treba izbegavati.

Contact with metals
Some metals (i.e. manganez and copper) may harm some seal types, therefore, contacting directly with metals or their alloys should be avoided.

Kontakt sa metalima

Neki metali (npr. manganez i bakar) mogu da oštete neke vrste zaptivki. Stoga treba izbegavati direktan kontakt sa metalima i legurama.

 

 

OPŠTE INFORMACIJE O MONTIRANJU

Pojavljuje se dosta problema zbog nepravilne montaže hidrauličnih i pneumatskih elemenata. Vrlo je bitno da se poštuju pravila  kako bi se uspješno koristili hidraulični i pneumatski cilindri.

1- Vrlo je važno da se celi sistem i prostora dobro očisti. Ne bi trebalo biti
    
prljavštine i stranih čestica u okolini.

2- pre ugradnje,     ................      kvaliteta površine mora se provjeriti
    
i očišćen od njih. Neravni na oštrim rubovima su vrlo opasni.
 
3- treba proveriti čistoću zaptivki.
 
4- svi zaptivni elementi bi trebao biti instalirani tek nakon što su podmazani uljem koje će se koristiti u sistemu. Podmazivanje mašću treba izbjegavati.
 
5- Alate sa oštrim rubovima ne bi trebalo koristiti.
 
6- Nekontrolisano grejanje zaptivnih elemenata pre ugradnje je opasno.

7- Pri testiranju cilindra nakon sklapanja, ne bi trebalo koristiti pritisak izvan predviđenog. Isto važi i za temperaturu, linearnu brzinu i slično.

8- U slučaju obavljanja finalnih procedura (npr. farbanja), zagrevanje na preko 80°C treba izbegavati.

GENERAL ASSEMBLAGE INFORMATION

 

There appears a lot of problems because of incorrect assemblage of hydraulic and pneumatic sealing elements. It is vital that assemblage rules should be obeyed in order to make successful applications in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.


1- It is very important that the entire system and the fitting area should be cleaned out. There should not be any
    dirt and foreign particles in the area (for example, chip).

2- Before fitting, the measures of housing and the seal, radii, the chamfer and the surface quality must be checked 
    and cleaned out. The burrs on sharp edges are very dangerous.
 
3- The cleanliness of the sealing elements should be checked.
 
4- All the sealing elements should be installed after being oiled with system oil. Oiling with grease should be avoided.
 
5- Installation tools with sharp edges should not be used.
 
6- Uncontrolled heating of sealing elements before fitting is ruther dangerous.

7- While testing the cylinder after fitting, there should not be out of specified measures of pressure, temperature,
     linear velocity etc. given in our catoloque. 
 
8- In case of carrying out final procedures (ie. Painting), the heat over 80°C .
